On Sunday at Rec Park, Ball Runners and Officials donned head- and chest-mounted GoPro cameras to capture point-of-view video of their duties. It was the first day trial of USTA Pro Circuit’s new equipment. The video will be used in future training for on-court personnel.

This is not the first time the LGT Challenger has been at the forefront of USTA technological advances. Two years ago the Levene Gouldin & Thompson Tennis Challenger made history when matches from Recreation Park were the first USTA Pro Circuit contests broadcast live on the internet.
